Is the product I want in stock and available for delivery?

Unless the product has an "Out of Stock" status on the product page, all products are in stock and available for immediate delivery. 

When Will My Order Be Sent?

All in stock items are sent via courier on the same day unless it is a Saturday/Sunday or public holiday. If the order is placed after 5 p.m. then it will be sent the next day or Monday (if placed over the weekend). 

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Generally we get very good delivery time frames from our courier, particularly to the major cities. Couriers are usually 1-2 days except to the South Island and some rural areas. 3 days has been the maximum it has taken to get to a small rural South Island town.

Can I Order Something That Is Not On Your Website?

Please contact us via our Contact page with the details of the title/product you are looking for. We will then look to see if we can order it from one of our suppliers.
